JONATHAN MICHAEL FUNG, INVESTMENT COMMITTEE DIRECTOR

Jonathan Michael Fung has over a decade of private and public equity principal investing, M&A and asset management experience.

Most recently, Jonathan was CFO and Turnaround Manager for a portfolio company of St. Cloud Capital, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm providing growth capital to lower middle market companies.  Previously, he was an investment professional with the private equity group of Macquarie Holdings and with Shamrock Holdings, the Roy E. Disney Family Investment Vehicle.  Jonathan began his career in Investment Banking with Houlihan Lokey, and as an investor with St. Cloud Capital.

Jonathan obtained his MBA from Columbia Business School and his BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, where he was a Caltech-Marshall MBA Technology Scholar.
